MegaFon PJSC has placed bonds worth 30 billion rubles.
The Issuer placed exchange-traded bonds of the BO-002P-08 and BO-002P-09 series for 30 billion rubles at face value. The Company has placed 15 million bonds of the specified series with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each by open subscription. The coupon period is 30 days. The maturity of BO-002P-08 series securities is 690 days, and BO-002P-09 series bonds are 810 days.Coupon income is defined as the sum of income for each day of the coupon period according to the formula key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation + spread, which is set at 1.80% per annum based on the results of the application collection.
The organizers of the placement are Alfa-Bank, Gazprombank, Veles Capital, MKB, Sovcombank. The placement agent is Alfa-Bank. The bonds are placed under the 002P series exchange-traded bonds program with a volume of up to 200 billion rubles, inclusive, or the equivalent of this amount in foreign currency.
