This year, Aeroflot plans to launch a domestic aircraft maintenance and repair system, Kupol, which will replace the foreign AMOS program. This was announced by Anton Matskevich, Deputy General Director for Information Technology at Aeroflot, during the demo day of the Industrial Competence Center for Transport.

"In the fourth quarter of this year, we will implement the Dome system at Aeroflot. Next year, we will extend this system to our subsidiaries," said Matskevich.

The Dome system will contain information about the aircraft from the moment of their production to decommissioning. It will store information about repairs and maintenance.

Aircraft manufacturers, airlines, service and leasing companies, as well as government agencies will have access to the system. The system will allow all participants in the process to track the status and history of each aircraft operated in Russia.
