The budget of the Russian Federation lost 500 billion rubles due to preferential taxation

There are 13 million self-employed people in Russia, of whom only 27% have income above the minimum wage, and 73% work in gray or they mask the employment relationship. Due to preferential taxation, the budget of the Russian Federation did not receive 500 billion rubles in taxes and 1.5 trillion rubles in insurance premiums, said Sergey Chernogaev, Chairman of the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia (FNPR). at a meeting of the FNPR General Council.

The FNPR demands that the taxes of the self-employed be equalized with those of ordinary workers in order to prevent the outflow of qualified specialists. Regional commissions have been established and a plan has been developed to combat illegal employment.
