The domestic SJ-100 short-haul aircraft, fully equipped with Russian systems and components, is in the final stages of preparation for its first flights. According to Oleg Bocharov, First Deputy General Director of the United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), everything is going according to plan, and tests in the sky should begin in April when the weather is right.
At the moment, the aircraft is fully ready for flight and has already been transferred to the flight test station. Specialists carry out the necessary ground work.All necessary documentation is being processed in parallel.
