The average annual dollar exchange rate in 2025 will be 94.3 rubles - Ministry of Economic Development

In 2025, the average annual dollar exchange rate will remain at 94.3 rubles per dollar. This forecast is provided by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation.

The agency lowered its September forecast, according to which the dollar exchange rate was 96.5 rubles per dollar. At the same time, the average annual dollar exchange rate at the end of 2025 remained unchanged at 98.7 rubles.

In the updated version of the forecast, the average annual dollar exchange rate will be 100.2 rubles in 2026 (100 rubles in the September version), 103.5 rubles in 2027 (103.2 rubles), and 2028- 106 rubles.
