The Cabinet of Ministers has expanded the program of preferential loans for the construction of tourist infrastructure

More than 50 Russian regions have declared their readiness to increase the number of hotels and other accommodations for vacationers. To do this, the government is expanding the program of preferential loans for the construction of tourist infrastructure.

It was noted that due to the granting of preferential loans for businesses and the increase in modern accommodation facilities, the number of trips across the country increased by 10% in 2024.

To date, more than 220 investment projects with a total volume of private investments exceeding 1 trillion rubles are being implemented using preferential loans.
