Kuban entrepreneurs affected by the fuel oil spill have been granted the right to defer payment of taxes

Due to the fuel oil spill in the Kerch Strait, entrepreneurs of the Krasnodar Territory who suffered from this environmental disaster have been granted the right to delay the payment of a number of taxes and insurance premiums. The support measure applies to organizations and individual entrepreneurs of Anapa and Temryuk district, whose activities are related to the tourism sector, the sanatorium and resort industry, cultural activities, entertainment, recreation parks, zoos, botanical gardens, nature reserves and national parks.

In order to receive a deferral, it is important that the main activity of the enterprise meets the specified criteria as of March 1, 2025. The list of recipients of support will be formed by the administration of the Krasnodar Territory and transferred to the regional Department of the Federal Tax Service.

The deferral is granted for the following payments: corporate property tax, land tax, advance payments on these taxes, as well as insurance premiums payable for the period from February to October 2025. The deadline for making these payments has been extended until December 25, 2025 inclusive.
