The mechanism was created to provide the market with the necessary goods in a stable manner. Now it is being adjusted due to the development of domestic production and the growth of supplies from friendly countries.

The system operates according to HS product codes and specific brands. After registration of the changes, the list of goods allowed for parallel import will be significantly reduced.
