The Ministry of Construction is preparing a bill on the introduction of a differentiated approach to charging for major repairs

The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation is developing a bill that will make it possible to differentiate the fees for major repairs of apartment buildings depending on the number of floors, construction, wall material, equipment and other features. This was announced by Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing and Communal Services Alexey Yeresko, the newspaper reports href="https://iz.ru/1871130/vladimir-gavrilov/vo-mnogih-naselennyh-punktah-tarify-zhku-zanizheny">"News".

According to Yeresko, a similar practice with differentiated contributions is already being applied in a number of regions, and the bill should spread it throughout the country. The document will be submitted for discussion this year.

Yeresko noted that prior to this, the overhaul program was formed for decades ahead, without taking into account the real condition of housing and its features. In accordance with the new standard, after the technical inspection, it will be possible to adjust both the deadlines for work and contributions for them.
