The Immortal Regiment in the Russian regions will be held in a mixed format on May 9.

In 2025, to mark the 80th anniversary of Victory, the Immortal Regiment march will be held in a mixed format, combining both traditional street actions and online participation. This was announced by Elena Tsunaeva, co-chairman of the Central Headquarters of the Immortal Regiment of Russia movement.

Participants are given the opportunity to choose a convenient format of participation, while all regions of the country will hold the campaign on a single day - May 9, 2025. The decision on the possibility of holding a traditional march format in each specific region will be made jointly by the regional branches of the movement and local authorities based on criteria of public safety.

It is important to note that postponing the date of the march to other days is unacceptable, however, the start time of the action may vary depending on the region and time zone, which will make it possible to organize the event as conveniently as possible for all participants throughout the country.
