Persons assisting foreign organizations against Russia are equated to foreign agents

In the second and third readings, the State Duma adopted a bill allowing recognizing as foreign agents persons who assist in the execution of decisions of international organizations or foreign government agencies directed against the Russian Federation and its security.

Also, foreign agents will be recognized as persons who involve others in collecting information about military-technical activities in the country for their transfer abroad for use against the security of the Russian Federation.
