The authorities of Mordovia have introduced a municipal emergency regime in Saransk.

On April 5, a municipal-level emergency regime was introduced in Saransk, the head of the Republic of Mordovia, Artyom Zdunov, informs.

At night, one of the republican enterprises was attacked by a UAV. Emergency services of Mordovia are working at the scene. No one was injured as a result of the drone attack.

In the afternoon, residents of nearby houses and social institutions were moved to temporary accommodation. The work of doctors and psychologists is organized at the points.

«We have decided - for the sake of the safety of our residents - to introduce a municipal-level emergency regime in Saransk. It is important that all services have repeatedly practiced actions in emergency mode, everything works smoothly, everyone knows their own order," Artyom Zdunov said on his Telegram channel.

At 19:48, the head of Mordovia announced that the elimination of the consequences of the enemy attack was continuing in Saransk. The emergency regime introduced in the capital of the republic is still in effect.
