The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has denied information about the upcoming change in the terms of the IT mortgage

In Russia, the terms of the IT mortgage remain unchanged. This statement was made by the Ministry of Finance in connection with the dissemination of information on the increase in interest rates on this preferential mortgage program.

- This is not the case. The preferential rate can be reviewed only in case of violation of the terms of the agreement by the borrower himself. For example, if a citizen has not confirmed on time that he meets the requirements for obtaining an IT mortgage - a job at an accredited IT company, an average salary, etc. Mortgage rates for IT specialists remain at the same level - a maximum of 6%. No changes are planned," the ministry said in an official statement.
