Foreign companies can return to Russia on market terms. This was stated in an interview with TASS by Anatoly Aksakov, head of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market. At the same time, according to Aksakov, the conditions of work for Russian businesses should apply to "bona fide" companies that "decently&They work in Russia.

Secondly, of course, we need to pay attention to those sectors of the economy that determine our independence and our effective development. And these sectors, of course, should find support for Russian business, that is, there are sectors where Russian business should still have a certain priority in order to ensure, among other things, our invulnerability from external influences," the deputy noted.

But for those companies that have abandoned their business in Russia, certain conditions must be introduced that do not allow them to buy their business back "on the cheap", i.e. they must enter the market. Aksakov believes that the conditions for the return of companies should be fixed in a presidential decree.
