The number of victims of a major earthquake in Myanmar has exceeded a thousand people

More than a thousand people are on the death list as a result of a major earthquake in Myanmar, TASS informs. Another 2.3 thousand people were injured and injured in various degrees of severity.

Currently, debris removal and the search for survivors are continuing in earthquake-affected cities and towns. Neighboring Thailand was also affected by the earthquake. The tremors were felt in China and Vietnam.

Two aircraft of the Ministry of Emergency Situations flew from Russia to Myanmar on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin. The group will provide assistance to citizens and rescue services of Myanmar.
