A bill on reducing the administrative burden on non-bank credit organizations, authored by Anatoly Aksakov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on the Financial Market, will be submitted to the State Duma for consideration.

Thus, the amendments proposed by Aksakov exclude for non-bank credit institutions some of the responsibilities for information disclosure and the appointment of a separate head of the internal control service. Thus, unnecessary regulatory requirements applicable to banks with a universal license are removed from non-bank credit institutions.

- In addition, the bill provides banks with a basic license the opportunity to trade securities included in the quotation list of the second level. The amendments will contribute to the development of a competitive regulatory environment and support a positive business climate in the financial market, Aksakov writes in his telegram channel.
