The Ministry of Finance proposed to extend the deferral of taxes for Kuban businesses

The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has sent a draft resolution to the government for consideration, according to which it is proposed to extend the deadlines for paying taxes and insurance premiums to entrepreneurs of the Krasnodar Territory affected by the tanker wreck in the Kerch Strait. The deadline is proposed to be extended until December 25 of this year.

Thus, the deferral is based on corporate property tax, land tax, including advance payments on these taxes and insurance premiums.

The list of persons who meet the criteria for obtaining a deferral will be formed by the administration of the Krasnodar Territory and sent to the Federal Tax Service for the Krasnodar Territory and the authorized body of the insurer.
