"A criminal case of large-scale fraud is being investigated against Vadim Moshkovich, the founder of Rusagro agricultural holding. The investigation filed a motion for his arrest, arguing that the businessman could hide abroad. Moshkovich, who was arrested the day before, was taken to the Meshchansky District Court of Moscow to resolve the issue of arrest.
