"Alliance Mining Company" will buy out shares of "AG Mining" company. The relevant permission was received from Russian President Vladimir Putin. The order is published on the portal of legal acts.
According to the document, the Alliance Mining Company is allowed to acquire 10,223,223 shares of AG Mining owned by the Swedish company Koru Goldfields AB.
