At the beginning of 2025, Chinese tire imports to Russia decreased by 8.5% (to $85.7 million) compared to the same period last year. In 2024, the market for passenger car tires grew by 23% to 56 million units, of which 70% are Chinese. Russian manufacturers, including Cordiant, are increasing capacity and competing on price.
