
The agreement on mutual security of Russia and Belarus has entered into force - Putin

Russia has invested about $4.5 billion in the economy of Belarus. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a joint press conference with Alexander Lukashenko. At the same time, Putin noted that the states would continue to develop relations and build a Union State.
"Russia and Belarus will continue to build a Union state and deepen integration, contributing to sustainable economic growth, improving the standard of living and well-being of citizens of our two countries," Putin said. Let us remind you that the Russian president also stated that the agreement on mutual security between Russia and Belarus entered into force today.According to the document, the parties to the treaty undertake to support each other in all ways and means agreed upon and permissible by international law, and to take appropriate actions in the political, military and other spheres in cases of encroachments on the security of either party and the Union State as a whole.
