Russia is ready to negotiate on Ukraine with any representatives of countries interested in achieving peace, but the country will stop fighting only if a result is achieved that suits the Russian side. This was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov following talks with his Turkish counterpart Hakan Fidan.
"We are ready to negotiate with both Ukraine and Europe, with any representatives who would like to help achieve peace in good faith, but we will stop fighting only when these negotiations give a firm and sustainable result that suits the Russian Federation," Lavrov said.
