The Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation has sent an application to the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region for the suspension of the corporate rights of the foreign holding companies Pasalba Ltd (Cyprus) and Roust Corporation (USA) in relation to the companies Rust Russia and Russian Standardraquo;. In November 2024, these companies were included by the Government of the Russian Federation in the list of economically significant organizations.

The Ministry of Finance stressed that the management of foreign holding companies in the context of "anti-Russian" sanctions hinder the work of enterprises in the Russian Federation. These obstacles must be eliminated.
