The head of the Investigative Committee, Bastrykin, proposed raising the age threshold for alcohol sales to 21 years

The age threshold for alcohol sales in Russia may be raised to 21. This proposal was made by the head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, Alexander Bastrykin, during a meeting of the expanded board of the department.

According to him, the country should ban the sale of any alcoholic beverages, including low-alcohol and brewing products, to young people under the age of 21.
