Payment of the insurance pension after the indexation by 9.5% will be made to all its recipients by February 25. This was reported by TASS with reference to Ekaterina Stenyakina, a member of the State Duma Committee on Labor and Social Policy.
According to Stenyakina, Russian citizens who receive their pensions at home will receive their pre-indexed payments for January from February 3 to February 25. Those who receive a pension on a bank card can already see the receipts, funds have been transferred since February 1. It is noted that each pensioner has his own fixed date for receiving a pension, which can be found on the website of the Social Fund of Russia.
Starting from January 1, 2025, the Social Fund of Russia indexed insurance pensions for non-working and working pensioners by 7.3%. Since February 1, on behalf of Russian President Vladimir Putin, pensions have been indexed by 9.5% to the level of actual inflation.
