The Ministry of Construction announced a reduction in the standard cost of one "square" of housing in the Russian Federation

The Ministry of Construction of Russia reports that the standard cost per square meter of housing in the country for the first half of 2025 will amount to 107.6 thousand rubles, which is 1.3% less than in the previous period (in the second half of 2024 it was 109,002 rubles).

The Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation sets the average market value per square meter of the total area of housing in the regions of Russia to calculate the amount of social benefits. These payments are intended for categories of citizens to whom the state has obligations to purchase or build residential premises at the expense of the federal budget.
