Kiev has indicated that it is ready to work with the United States to provide access to its rare earth resources in exchange for continued military assistance. This is reported by the Financial Times newspaper, citing a source close to the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky.

The source noted that the statement by American President Donald Trump coincides with one of the provisions of the so-called Zelensky victory plan, submitted to the United States in the fall of 2024. We are talking about the proposed special conditions for cooperation in the field of key resources.
