Dmitry Medvedev, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, accused the current leadership of Ukraine and the leadership of Western countries supporting it of embezzling $100 billion allocated to Kiev to confront Russia. He posted his opinion on the telegram channel.

The day before, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, in an interview with the Associated Press, said he did not know where the $200 billion allocated by Washington for military aid had gone. According to him, Ukraine received only $75 billion from the United States.
