The explosion in the entrance of the residential building of the Scarlet Sails residential complex in Moscow was an attempt on the life of Armen Sargsyan, head of the DPR Boxing Federation and founder of the Arbat battalion. Kommersant writes about this. According to the newspaper, a criminal case into the explosion was initiated under the article "Murder and attempted murder of two or more persons." According to Kommersant, Sargsyan died as a result of the emergency.

At the same time, the telegram channel SHOT reports that Sargsyan was seriously injured, but is alive.

Earlier, Mr. Sargsyan was put on the wanted list in Ukraine as one of the leaders of the Donetsk militia. If a Ukrainian trace is found in the crime committed in Moscow, the criminal case will be reclassified under the article "Terrorist act".
