Leading chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, entrepreneurs, and experts from the 50 Best Tastesof Russia travel guide named Russian food manufacturers whose reliability they personally tested.

The purpose of the rating of food producers, as stated by its author, is to provide the audience with information to determine the right vector of development, investment, search for new collaborations, projects, horizons. Rating Methodology
The ranking is based on recognition, trust and personal sympathies of representatives of the sphere towards domestic food brands and manufacturing companies. The authors claim that companies are on the list, regardless of the volume of sales and the size of advertising budgets.
