The Ministry of Finance expects that in 2025 the inflow of foreign investments into the Russian economy will begin. This opinion was voiced by Deputy Finance Minister Alexei Moiseev, speaking at parliamentary hearings in the State Duma.

- It is not a fantasy that foreign investors can come to the Russian market. Those of us who have worked in the financial market for a long time know that, despite everything, "greed wins out" over everything else," the TASS news agency quoted him as saying.
