By the end of November 2024, Russia lost 18.5 billion rubles in oil and gas revenues. This is reported by the Central Bank.

In this regard, in December, the regulator will allocate 114.4 billion rubles for the purchase of foreign currency and gold. The operations are scheduled from December 6 to January 14. The daily purchase volume will be equivalent to 5.4 billion rubles.

It was noted that the broadcast of foreign currency purchases has been suspended until the end of this year to reduce the volatility of financial markets.

The planned volume of additional oil and gas revenues to the federal budget in December is 95.9 billion rubles.
