The budget for 2025 provides for 6.9 trillion rubles for social policy (a total of 21.3 trillion over three years). These funds will be used to index pensions, social benefits, and support families with children.
It is planned to allocate more than 40 trillion rubles of the federal budget for the implementation of national projects in six years, which is twice as much as in the previous six years.In addition, funds are allocated for the implementation of individual programs for the socio-economic development of 10 regions — 1 billion rubles annually. This will affect the Republic of Altai, Adygea, Kalmykia, Mari El, Tuva, Khakassia, Chuvashia, Altai Territory, Kurgan and Pskov regions.
253 inter-budget transfers totaling 3.4 trillion rubles have also been redistributed between the regions. Regions can adopt budgets based on these funds and conclude contracts.
Since 2018, the volume of budget expenditures has increased 2.5 times — from 16,713 billion to 41,469 billion rubles. Revenues are also growing - in 2025 they will amount to 40,296 billion rubles, the share of non-oil and gas revenues in the total volume will grow to 72.9%./p>
