Russian exports of oil and petroleum products decreased by 290 thousand b/d or by 4%, compared with July figures. According to the International Energy Agency, Russian oil exports have been declining for the second month in a row and have reached record lows since March 2021.

Oil exports showed a seasonal decrease of 270 thousand b/d by July - up to 4.4 million b/s.

At the same time, exports of petroleum products were relatively stable at 2.65 million b/s.
