«T-Finance» will place bonds for 10 billion rubles.
A subsidiary of the group «T-Bank» - microfinance company «T-Finance» increased the volume of placement of bonds of the 001P-01 series from 5 to 10 billion rubles.
The final benchmark of the spread to the key rate of the Bank of Russia is set at 275 bps.
The technical placement of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for September 20, 2024.
The nominal value of one security of the issue is 1000 rubles.
The circulation period is 2 years.
The coupon period is 30 days.Coupon income is defined as the sum of income for each day of the coupon period, based on the value of the COP + premium. The issue is intended for qualified investors.

The issue is placed within the framework of the 001P exchange-traded bonds program with a volume of up to 50 billion rubles inclusive or the equivalent of this amount in foreign currency.
