The Issuer plans to collect applications for exchange-traded mortgage bonds of the BO-001P-45 series on September 19.
Technical placement of securities on the stock exchange is scheduled for September 23, 2024.
The planned volume of placement is 3.9 billion billion rubles.
The nominal value of one security of the issue is 1000 rubles.
Maturity date is 2054.
The coupon rate is defined as the value of the key rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, effective on the 1st day of the month on which the beginning of the billing period falls, plus a fixed surcharge.
