Transneft plans to recover more than 83 million rubles from the American IBM

The Russian operator of oil trunk pipelines - the company &Transneft» (78.55% owned by the state) has filed a lawsuit against the largest manufacturer and supplier of hardware and software - the American company IBM. The relevant information is available in the file file of the Moscow Arbitration Court.

The corresponding claim was registered on September 9, the amount of claims is 83.1 million rubles. The companies «Mont» and «Mallit» are involved in the case by third parties.

The American IBM Corporation, as well as its Russian subsidiary, curtailed their activities in Russia in 2022.
