Telegram has started moderating private chats

After the detention of Telegram founder Pavel Durov, the platform has updated the policy of moderation of private chats. The updated messenger page indicates that "all Telegram apps have "Complain" buttons, with which you can flag illegal content for our moderators."

Previously, the platform stated that Telegram chats are private for their participants, the messenger does not participate in this issue in any way.
