According to the speaker of the State Duma, labor education is currently an integral part of the educational process. "If a child is instilled with diligence from childhood, it will become a good foundation for development and a guarantee of his success in the future," writes Vyacheslav Volodin.In addition, it will now be forbidden to drop off stowaways of group I disabled people traveling without an accompanying person from public transport. This measure was previously adopted for children who have not yet turned 16 years old. According to the speaker of the State Duma, disembarking passengers with disabilities poses a direct threat to their life and health and they needed protection.
