The claim is accompanied by an examination by the local Gosstroynadzor, the document indicates the absence of appeals regarding the construction or reconstruction of residential housing facilities and permits for the development of a land plot in this place. If this is the case, then the estate should be recognized as a self-building and demolished. At the same time, demolition will not be an easy solution, since the area of the site itself is about eight hectares, and the area of residential development reaches 3 thousand square meters.meters.

The estate itself on the banks of the Volga began to be built in deep secrecy 4 years ago, there is a park with a fountain, and inside the building there are two wings for eight bedrooms, and on the basement there are four warehouses for furniture and two for food. The first floor was supposed to be used for receiving guests. There is also a dining room. On the second floor there is a master bedroom, a 40-meter bathroom and several dressing rooms. The land under the estate, built on the model of the famous Znamenskoye-Raek estate, belongs to the Volga Coast company. Its founder is Sergei Borodin, who was arrested in the Timur Ivanov case.

Recall that Timur Ivanov was detained on April 23 of this year. He is accused of receiving a record bribe in the amount of 1,185 billion rubles. A number of his accomplices were detained and arrested along with him.
