By the end of 2023, the supply of Russian petroleum products to the UAE increased to $ 971 million, which is a record figure. This is reported by RIA Novosti with reference to data from the Ministry of Economy of the Emirates.

Over the year, the volume of Russian petroleum products supplied to the UAE showed a fourfold increase. Imports of Russian coal increased 1.7 times, to $75.3 million. In general, the trade turnover between Russia and the UAE increased by 3.5% during the reporting period, to a record $ 11.2 billion.
