Global electric car manufacturer Fisker– is bankrupt. According to the RBC publication, the reason for the bankruptcy was that the company failed to solve problems with its model range and release models, although substantial money was laid out in them.

The founder of Fisker, as well as representatives of the company, promised to release an electric car that would travel 900 km without recharging, a sports car and a pickup truck, and much more. However, only the Ocean SUV was released.

An attempt to save the company from bankruptcy by concluding an investment contract with the automaker Nissan was unsuccessful. Last year, Fisker earned $273 million but lost $940 million and owed investors $850 million.
