Bus ticket online sales suspended in Moscow Region

Residents of Moscow Region are temporarily unable to purchase bus tickets online. The online service has stopped working due to a data center outage, according to MosTransAvto.

Preliminary estimates suggest that it will take up to 24 hours to fix the issues and restore the system. The exact time of service resumption has not been specified yet.

During the outage, passengers can pay for their trips directly on the bus – using a validator (a device for scanning tickets) or a mobile terminal provided by the driver.
