GTLK to relocate registration from Yamal-Nenets to Novgorod region

State Transport Leasing Company (STLC) is set to change its legal address, according to Russian legal entity registry data.

Currently registered in Salekhard (Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug) since February 2015, STLC plans to re-register in Veliky Novgorod (Novgorod Oblast).

VEB.RF is the largest shareholder with a 63.86% stake, while the Russian government, represented by the Ministry of Finance, holds 30.16%, and the Ministry of Transport holds 5.98%.
