### Russian Finance Ministry Issues OFZ Bonds for 15 Billion Rubles
The Russian Finance Ministry has successfully placed a new issue of OFZ (Russian government bonds) series 26253, raising 13.823 billion rubles from the placement of 15.268 billion rubles worth of bonds.
The cut-off price for the bonds was set at 85.0101% of their nominal value, with an average weighted price of 85.0122%. The yield to maturity at the cut-off price was 16.44% per annum, and the same yield was recorded for the average weighted price.
The bonds will mature on October 6, 2038, and carry a fixed coupon rate of 13.00% per annum for the entire duration of the loan.
