Russian Company "Zaslon" Issues 1 Billion Rubles in Bonds
The issuer sold 1 million bonds with a nominal value of 1,000 rubles each through an open subscription.
The bonds have a circulation period of 3 years.
The coupon period is 30 days.
The coupon rate for the entire circulation period was set at 17.50% per annum following the results of the application collection.
The planned placement volume was 2 billion rubles, with the first coupon rate target not exceeding 17.50% per annum.
Sovcombank acted as the organizer and placement agent.
