Aeroflot has completed the acquisition of a 49% stake in Aeromar, a company specializing in catering services for airline passengers. The deal was finalized on September 1, according to a company announcement on the information disclosure portal.

Approval for the transaction was granted by the Russian government commission in September 2025, and in March 2026, Russian President Vladimir Putin authorized Aeroflot to purchase 4,900 shares of Aeromar. Previously, 49% of Aeromar was owned by LSG Group Lufthansa through a subsidiary, while 51% was held by Aeroflot.
