The Russian government has set the amount of a monthly humanitarian payment that relatives of convicted individuals with the status of relocants or foreign agents can receive from the funds in their frozen bank accounts.

The decision was signed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.

The allowance is linked to the minimum wage. In 2026, the federal minimum wage (MROT) is 27,093 rubles per month.

(Note: "Relocants" refers to individuals who have relocated to Russia and acquired a special status. "Foreign agents" is a legal designation in Russia for individuals or organizations that receive foreign funding and engage in political activities.)
