### Russian Fintech Company to Launch Bond Offering Worth 1 Billion Rubles SFO Svoy Kapital - Fintech LLC will collect bids for its bond offering worth 1 billion rubles on September 3, 2026. The technical placement of the bonds on the stock exchange is scheduled for September 8, 2026. The planned offering volume is 1 billion rubles, with each bond having a nominal value of 1,000 rubles. The final maturity date is set for July 25, 2032, and the revolving period is 1.5 years. The calculated duration is also 1.5 years. A call option is provided on payment dates following the date when the total unpaid nominal value of the bonds becomes equal to or less than 10%, or on the date of the 23rd coupon payment. Additionally, partial early redemption of bonds is possible starting from the 17th payment date, or earlier if triggers for accelerated amortization of bonds are activated. The benchmark rate for the first coupon is set at no more than 17.00% per annum. The organizer and placement agent for the offering is Sovcombank.
