Drone Attack Sparks Fire at Leningrad Region Oil Refinery

Governor Drozdenko of Leningrad Region reports successful repelling of massive aerial attack on the night of August 30. According to preliminary data, 42 enemy drones were shot down by air defense systems over the region.

One of the drones crashed in the Kirishsky district, near a local oil refinery (BP is a major shareholder in the plant). The impact caused a fire, but there are no reports of casualties or significant damage so far.
